These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the website garudatechnologies.co.in and your engagement with any services provided by Garuda Technologies ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing this website or engaging Garuda Technologies for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
Garuda Technologies provides IT and digital services (including SEO, web development, app development, cloud infrastructure, digital marketing, branding, and hosting) and travel services (including flight booking, hotel reservations, cruise booking, and car rental) through its travel brands. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any IT service engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between the Company and the client.

For project-based IT engagements, advance payments are non-refundable after work has commenced. For monthly retainer services, cancellation requires 30 days written notice to info@garudatechnologies.co.in. Work completed within the notice period is billable. No refunds are provided for completed deliverables that have been accepted by the client.
Cancellation and refund terms for travel bookings are governed by the airline, hotel, cruise line, or car rental operator's fare rules and cancellation policies. Garuda Technologies will apply for refunds on your behalf in accordance with the operator's policy. Service fees charged by Garuda Technologies for booking management are non-refundable. Typical airline refund processing times range from 7 to 90 days depending on the airline and payment method.
All content produced by Garuda Technologies for client engagements — including website code, design assets, SEO content, marketing materials, and custom software — remains the property of Garuda Technologies until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights in the commissioned deliverables transfer to the client, except for proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed by Garuda Technologies, which remain the Company's property.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. Garuda Technologies will not disclose client business data, strategies, source code, or proprietary information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or to service providers necessary for project delivery under confidentiality obligations.
Garuda Technologies' liability for any claim arising from an IT service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months. For travel bookings, Garuda Technologies acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or car rental operators. Garuda Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Garuda Technologies is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, power failures, internet outages, airline operational disruptions, or other events outside the Company's control. In such circumstances, the Company will notify the client promptly and work to minimize disruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from any service engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Gurugram, Haryana. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Garuda Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website or services after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For ongoing service engagements, material changes to Terms will be communicated by email with 30 days' notice.
